Advantages
- Economy -means that you don't need to hard copy the messages or content and less expense.
- Speed and Simplicity - means that all an important message we send fast and can be read directly.
Disadvantages:
- Quality -it means that all unimportant message are sent and it easy for the viewers to open it.
- Reliability -if someone sent a letter maybe it arrives late and of course their will a late response.
