MY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE!!!

To engage a business, I must possess the qualities of being patient, determination and having a good relation to my customer. I would like to establish an eatery at first very near in BIG Company having thousands of workers working into 2 or 3 shifting. In a small rolling capital, an eatery will become fastfood then turn into a famous restaurant until I can build a boarding house of my own for the workers from distant places. Customers and boarders are my additional assets for me to engage money lending. In business, the money must work for me not that i work for the money.

Insight

In my first half of midterm I learn a lot from the people around me, my instructor, my classmates, and also in my subject. I experience different failures and also success. As what I have notice to myself, my confidence in facing people is increasing and that seems very good for me. I have many friends and my classmates are good to me. We help each other in order all of us will pass. I learned a lot from my instructor because through her I learned different things that is related in my field. And I can apply it when I will apply to work and when I am in work.

My Future Business ♥♥♥

The business that I want to put up is a sari-sari store near in our house. I like sari-sari store because if I will gain many money, I will expand it and build another one in the market. I like this kind of business because I will gain easily and I am very sure that many people will buy because here in our place, there is only one sari-sari store and it is so far. Maybe I will put up this business 5 years from now. I want my friend to be my partners in this business so that big capital will earn through our different contributions. I think 500,000 is enough to have this business.

My Dream Business...

I have planned to start up a business in a place where one can find peace and serenity, and a business which everyone will be welcomed wholeheartedly. A restaurant and a hotel may suit well in this description, which will be built in high places. I want this business because I want to serve people in a way that they would feel so special and relaxed and at the same time I'm earning profit. It would be a partnership with my friend, we have planned to fulfill this after we will earn enough money for maybe it cost millions, it might be 9 years from now.

Insight about what i can say...

My first half of midterm gives me a lot of information and additional knowledge with regards to my English subject, especially about the blogs and postings, it is in this course where I learn these things. And I already knew some details about business, how to apply and deal with it. With my classmates, we had fun doing these activities together, it's kinda tiring but it's really amazing. My learning environment is so high-tech that's why we could go with the changes of our environment. My instructor is so cool, she shares to us some of her knowledge and tried to improve us.

My Dream business

I want a sole proprietorship form of organizations.Because it is easy to organize,minimal government reqiurements,decisions can easily be made,financial operations are not comlicated and most of all I'am entitled to all the profits.
Before I engage into business I need a feasibility studies.Feasibility study is a systematic analysis of all factors to ascertain the viability of an undertaking.It helps me give "capsule view"of the whole projects.
I want to build my business within our place so that it easy to manage.I need a capital of two hundred thousand monitary unit.It is a Department store!because it is a retail establishment which specializes in satisfying a wide range of the consumer's personal and residential durable goods product needs; and at the same time offering the consumer a choice multiple merchandise lines, at variable price points, in all product categories. Department stores usually sell products including apparel, furniture, home appliances, electronics, and additionally select other lines of products such as paint, hardware, toiletries, cosmetics, photographic equipment, jewellery, toys, and sporting goods. They cant afford to refuse to buy the things beause it is badly needed in our individual lives.
I will borrow my capital to my parents or even my closest aunties.
I need this business to help sustain our daily needs and in order to me to develop my business skill.I hope that I can build my dream business after I graduate.

Insight about what can I say .....

Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations is a bachelor's degree in business administration. Is a four-year full-time course that is designed to give the basic knowledge and a clear understanding of all the functions of a company like marketing, finance, systems, human resource management etc.
With this,Library is very useful and important for us to know the information when we needs it.A library usually has a good collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries and maps, which are a source of extensive information and references for people. The encyclopedias are a vast source of information about all the topics under the sky. There also exist specialized dictionaries like medical dictionaries, literature dictionaries or business dictionaries, which provide information about specific terms used in specialized fields.They also approach in the different topics which are provided to facilitate the learning process.
My classmates are nice and sometimes flimflam.They are my friends since first year college because they also my classmates.We have lots of experience or memories we've shared all this years.
My professor Ms.Marian Alaba,would begin her class with a pleasant good afternoon,a smile on her face as she looked around the room.Every one kept quiet and become attentive when the class started.She is smart,intelligent and most of all fashionista.
I'm happy to enrolled in her class.I can now manage to face other people with confidence.

Advantages and Disadvantages of an Email

Advantages

• Economy -means that you don't need to hard copy the messages or content and less expense.
• Speed and Simplicity - means that all an important message we send fast and can be read directly.

Disadvantages:

• Quality -it means that all unimportant message are sent and it easy for the viewers to open it.
• Reliability -if someone sent a letter maybe it arrives late and of course their will a late response.

• Respectability - it is not formal because a formal letter is should be in a hard copy and some of the recipient that it has less respect.
• Reliability - some of the email are nonsense and the recipient thinks that it is nit really important.
