  1. emails has its own advantages and disadvantages one example of its advantages is the speed and simplicity it describes how emails directly send their messages or mail in just a second or simply clicking the send button and the mail you want to send will directly be received by the receiver. another advantages is the flexibility and power it gives rapid written for review the document or comments and carry attachments of files. Emails also do have its disadvantages like the quality some users use emails to send unimportant messages that is not related to a business or to your subject and your messages will be easy to view. Accessibility is more difficult reading and some avoid the emails and ignore them.

  2. 2 areas i would to like to comment in observing etiquette's first is the checking emails it is important to check your emails so that you maybe able to know if company you are applying for a job through the use email had send you a message that you are qualified or asking you to report on that specific date or else you may not be able to read your messages which is very important.
    Reply promptly is the second etiquette after reading there messages you must reply them directly so that they may know that you are very interested in the job that you are applying for and for you to be able to know if you are qualified or not.

Important insight I guess, all things have its advantages and disadvantages even Email and though Email is widely used today we still have to make hard copy letter especially on important one.

It give us the advantages of Email letters which is one way of Business Correspondence Approach nowadays.The 5 etiquette is also useful information that should be remember by everybody. Insight--when a letter especially business correspondence letter-- one should be in fair and friendly tone to establish a smooth relationship with the reader.

  8. As what I learned from the reporters,there are advantages and disadvantages when it comes to email,and it is understandable because it really happens when you usa email.
    Mailing information and message area are the two important parts of an email.Joan explained it well,so I easily understand the things she wanted to tell us about.This is very important for us student specially when time comes that we need to joined the business world and apply for a job.
